N: peat, smoky barbecue, campfire, bacon, jammy dark, red fruits and chocolate P: black pepper and salted barbecue meat, gentle smoke, red wine, blackberry, plum F: rich, full bodied with a long and very pleasing finish What an absolute unit of a whisky! Thank you to my friend from work who was kind enough to give me a sample of this beauty! It has a beautiful balance between the salty and savoury meat flavours, the gentle sweetness of the red wine fruity flavours and the alluring peat smoke. A shame that they don’t produce this anymore but if anyone has a chance to try it I’d highly recommend it!
