Nose - Smokey, light sweet and fluffy like a marshmallows. Loads of honey. Sweet baled bread. Phenomenal nose. Palate - Straight smoke, wood and peat. Some cinnamon and light honey. Tastes the same as the name implies. A dab of honey and vanilla dances around the smoke. Finish - Light cinnamon. Smoke again but smoke at the end of the fire, light embers
