I think I get it now. I didn’t truly appreciate this the first couple times I tasted it, well few times.
Tasting it today, I find hints of citrus, probably orange, with wheat and shortbread cookies on the nose. On the palate, it’s somewhat silky, with wheat bread, porridge, malt, citrus, honey, vanilla, and very slight baking spices. The finish is medium length with a smoldering warmth which I find delightful.

@BDanner yes the Super Chokers never cease being disappointing
Well that was about the most Chargerish of Charger games ever.
I still refer to them as San Diego 90% of the time. I guess being a full country apart from either San Diego or Lis Angeles, even though I hated the move, I didn’t feel that sting when they left that others felt.
@Ctrexman @BDanner Late 70s early 80s we’re a great time watching the Chargers. But I swore off of them when they moved to LA. I do sneak a peak every now and then, but not dying to see them play like I used to.
Fouts/Muncie/Jefferson/Joiner/Winslow/ my god what a team I worshiped the Chargers
@Ctrexman I started following the Chargers as a kid in the Fouts/Air Coryell era. They’ve got to win it all sometime, right? @jdriip glad to hear of another fan.
@jdriip You still a Chargers fan? Im rooting hard for them this weekend
