It's unique to say the least. It had a nice nose, with a below average flavor profile. The nose had a bit of an apple cider note, with another fruit note I cant quite pick out. Honey as well, something a bit sour in the back, and a slight floral note.
It begins with that apple note along with oak. It transitions into some sort of dark berry note. It ends with a strange dry finish. Has this sort of strange liquor taste you'd expect from a cheap liquor. It might remind you of your college days. There's something sour about it you can quite put your finger on. The fruit notes present makes it like they're not quite ripe.
I give it credit for trying something different. With a few tweaks there can be something pretty good. But as it stands, it's a bottle you can skip.
