On the nose, Caramel with hints of Vanilla. Sweet, fruity notes to be found as well. On the tongue, Barrel spices are very strong, but the caramel and vanilla is present. The finish is very smooth with little burn. The sweetness returns here and the first sign of sea salt can be detected. A very good Bourbon overall!
