Very Good Bourbon Flavor - Leather and Cinnamon on the nose. Maple Syrup is the main flavor but the Leather is still there. Finish is smooth with a sweet and spicy flavor.

Below Average Bourbon Flavor - The nose is full of fruit notes. On the tongue, apple and pear flavors are strong and it persists through the finish. Very little bourbon flavor to be found.

On the nose it’s earthy with wheat and rye. On the tongue the wheat and rye are still there but cinnamon joins in. Finish has some bite due to the rye and cinnamon but is still smooth overall.

Very Good Bourbon Flavor - Get a slight hint of barley on the nose. Fruity with notes of caramel to start and a smooth cinnamon and vanilla finish.

Good Bourbon Flavor. Smooth finish. Nothing overly remarkable about it, just a good sipper.

On the nose, Caramel with hints of Vanilla. Sweet, fruity notes to be found as well. On the tongue, Barrel spices are very strong, but the caramel and vanilla is present. The finish is very smooth with little burn. The sweetness returns here and the first sign of sea salt can be detected. A very good Bourbon overall!
