My first sip wasn't nearly as good as I hoped. I reccomend opening the bottle once to get some air, close it and then give it a day (several minutes in the glass wasnt enough apprently). My second try and wow, what a great nose. It really is a dessert in a bottle. Great flavor profile all the way through the finish. Certainly pricy, but it's a flavor I haven't found anywhere else yet so I feel it's worth it. Another win for Garrison Brothers as a premium selection. When this bottle is gone, I'll probably want the next batch.
