Barrel: ISC

Nose: Very “clean” on the nose. Almost rememiscent of a Pine-Sol without the chemicals. The nose is just bery pleasant. Earthy Rye with a balance of brown sugar and fruit. Very pleasant.
Palate: Rye Spice immediately. Although your classic rye palate, it is much more mellow and almost sweet. Notes of cracked black pepper and burnt brown sugar pair nicely to balance each other out.
Finish: A pleasant blend of rye spice and bread before giving way to charred oak. The finish is one of the weaker points of the sip, but still pleasant.
Thoughts: One of my first Wilderness Trail experiences, and my first bottle to own. Have no regrets on the store pick, and will definitely look for this again in the future.

Looks like you mistakenly posted a review for their rye whiskey on the page for their bourbon.
