Cachaça Capim Cheiroso Topázio 500ml is stored for six months in stainless steel barrels, one year in jequitibá barrels (Brazilian wood) and one year in oak vats. Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. It is an elegant Cachaça, with notes of dried fruits, spices, vanilla. To be enjoyed pure or in caipirinhas, shakes and drinks.
It is produced in Santa Bárbara, Minas Gerais, at the foot of the majestic Serra do Caraça. The result of its creator's extensive experience in business management and his passion for a piece of land nestled in one of the most beautiful regions of Brazil, the project began to bear fruit in May 2011, when the first batch of Cachaça Capim Cheiroso left the stills .

@cascade, firstly, thanks for providing your email! About sending the ethyl gifts to Australia, I totally understand and you are absolutely right. I apologize for the offer I made. Brazilian law allows the sending of alcoholic beverages (you must be over 18 years old) and this makes it possible to exchange experiences with some friends. It was a pleasure to meet you! Cheers dear friend!
@MARKBRANDO Hi, sorry to not get back to you sooner. I'm snowed under at work at the moment and I also have about 50 samples now waiting for review. I must get things in order again. Sending spirits in any quantity to Australia can be a problem, but thanks for the offer. If you want to chat offline, contact me at [email protected]
@cascode thank you! If you want, I'll send you small bottles (those miniatures with one or two shots) of some Cachaças for you to try
@MARKBRANDO Great series of cachaça reviews! It's a spirit that is not well enough known. Unfortunately we only get a few rather ordinary bottlings in Australia.
