Nose: warm and inviting caramel, honey with hint of cinnamon Taste: sweet toffee, cinnamon, clove and anise, high complexity, hint of melon. Meduim syrupy and buttery mouthfeel. Finish: medium/long lingering finish with laid back, smooth spice (anise and cinnamon). Lands the plane with a perfect landing. My all time favorite rum. Hands down. Ohhh so smooth.
