Nose is subtle bur pleasant with lots ot carmelly brown sugat and sprinkles of cinnamon. Oak is prominent but also a mellowing influence. Initially Immediately sweet and warm on the tongue and lips. Opens hot and spicy with undertones of banana and tropical ocean air. The oak definitely comes through and pushes the brown sugar flavors to the back. Finish burns long and cozy as the oak fades into the spice and creates a nice clean blend finishes with a bit of tobacco Not as delicious as the Nobiliary to my palate but if you like oak forward, this is it.
