Nose: Sticky ginger cake very prominent with some orange oil and sultanas. Palate: Slightly oily mouthfeel. Initially some sherry fruit and apple sweetness with a milk chocolate following. Finish: Hefty spice and oak with crisp red apple with a lovely lasting golden syrup.
