Nose: pencil shavings and peanut butter. Caramel. Later a little cinnamon spice. After the first sip a little mintiness emerged on the nose. Later was cherry pie crust. Body: medium to full Palate: sweet and spicy, hints of caramel. Finish: long, a little dry, smoky (yum) Notes: Post lulus first wolves game, an L but fun nontheless. I like this. Its missing a certain dark fruitiness i really like in these aged bourbons but this is good.
