Cachaça Saideira is produced in the city of Paineiras, in Minas Gerais (the other cachaça this producer is called "Abrideira"). The neologism "Saideira" means the last one you drink before an event ends (The term "Saideira" comes from the verb "to go", leaving, going away). It has an alcohol content of 41% and is a drink aged for two years in oak barrels, a storage that gives the product a yellowish color, notes of vanilla and caramel, in addition to the sweetness of wood and sugar cane.
