This cachaça is practically unknown in the Brazilian market. After doing a lot of research, it is possible to identify that this distillate called Cavalo Velho is produced in the same still that makes Dona Odila cachaça in Jaboticabal São Paulo. Clear, alcohol present but balanced, sugar cane sweetness. No more information unfortunately.
