Nose: Sweet and fruity, pear, stewed green apple. A touch of salt.
Palate: Light body, pears and a salty brine leap forward with heather floral notes.
Finish: Some of the peat influence emerges with a subtle barrel spice but both are suitably complimentary. A lasting aftertaste of pear.
Notes: It's very pleasant. Something to suit most tastes I would suggest. Jack of all trades but that's not a bad thing IMO.
