Single Malt — Islay, Scotland

This is a great summer Scotch or just one to have with desert after dinner. It’s light and fresh and doesn’t have a heavy cream profile. On the Nose: Green apple jolly rancher and green grapes with a nice smoked apple wood note. Palate: Grapes and citrus Finish: A nice smooth light finish like sugar cane with a great fruit flavor. Gave this a review a while ago, now have gotten to give it a good review. The more I try this the more I’m into it. It has that great springtime feel and that easy finish.
