The production is located in the centenary and charming Fazenda Nova Era, in the region of Itupeva, state of São Paulo. The distillation is carried out in copper stills heated by a boiler, only the heart of the beverage is used for bottling the final product. Sugar cane is grown on site. The producer informs that this version of Prata cachaça does not pass through wood but rests in stainless steel tanks.
