Nose: bright fruitiness. Vanilla, wood, caramel. Palate: sherry, oak, berries and cream. Slight wood tanin finish. Finish: a tiny bit of wood bitterness. This last splash definitely oxidized fast in a couple months. Farewell John, we'll miss you 😭
