Deliciously subtle! As far as gin goes, this is tops. Ive purchased 13 bottles, and am sadly on my last one. Need another trip out of province to stock up! Well-balanced, this gin that bears my family name and sigil (which was granted for saving townsfolk from a wild boar, by slaying it with a spear), hits the palette with juniper and sage, some herbs, and maybe a hint pepper… Distic Factisque Simplex Biased by name, but absolutely unbiased by taste. * * * * *
