Added two drops of water -
Nose - reminds of bourbon, but has more weight to it. Sweet and chocolaty, vanilla, fruity.
Tongue -
Water really opens it up. Very sweet, but very spicy as well. Tastes like cherry, plums. Has a rum like character. Raisins probably. Very good. Would love to own a bottle.
