I drank neat straight from the freezer as recommended, and the horseradish flavor was so strong it was like a kick to the tongue! I was not sure I was going to be able to finish my pour, but either it mellowed or I got used to it. It had a nice bit of honey sweetness on the back end as well. I’m looking forward to trying this in a bloody mary!
