A deep amber color with a thinner viscosity Nose: light with the distinctive pot still nuances , sweet honey and slight vanilla notes. Very pleasant especially as it opens up with sugary spices. Pallet: malted barley grassy notes very floral up front. Sweetness appears in the middle with a slight vanilla note and kitchen spices. On the back, fruit of pears and apple peal. Finish: finish is medium short with a pleasant aftertaste of light fruits and peals. Overall a pleasant pour easy sipping. Not the best flavor as its a very light body.
