Aroma - not a lot going on here, The corn really comes through along with pepper, and baking spices. Taste - Corn, pepper, orange peel, cinnamon, baking spices, hint of toasted marshmallow. Overall - Sweet & Spicy. It’s slightly above average overall. The rye is quite evident on the palate which is nice because it brings balance. This would probably make for great Old Fashion.
