The nose starts with a peachy funky cheese. Sounds bad but smells delicious. Once it sits for a good long while, vanilla, tobacco and tannins come though with a bit of fresh cut white oak The palate starts with a good bit of heat and pepper that evolves into straight up vanilla, overripe peach/apricot and leathery tannin. The taste becomes more complex as it sits as well with some baking spice, cinnamon and clove The finish is decently long with pepper, tobacco and brown sugar showing up at the bottom of the glass Very happy with the purchase and experience!
