This is an absolutely definitive light fruity and complex single malt that should be in everyone’s collection. This a summer sipper that you will want year round. A few drops of water really beings out the the fruit notes on this one. There is just a hint of peat and coastal character behind apples, pears, citrus aswell as maybe peaches and plums. If I could only have one light fruity single malt in my collection it would probably be this one.
