Nose - Bright floral scents with a touch or artificial bubblegum. Dense oak thats lifted up with the floral notes mentioned before. Spiced caramel with a little bit of apple, super complex. Palate - Whoah, you definitely taste that proof. Sittin at a little over 136 proof it is warmmmm. But because of its rye characteristics, it settles down quick on the palate while the warmth goes all the way done. After that all goes away, theres a pleasnt baked bread with vanilla and caramel. Like a bread pudding with those flavors and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Got that CLASSIC JD banana rind lingering about that they are famous for but its so complimentary. This is GREAT. Finish - That finish is warm initially. But once that passes it is pleasant and sweet with touches of heat that sparkle as it goes down.
