Nose is full of smoke. Burnt sugar and sawdust. Some briny notes in there as well.
Taste is pleasant. Thin and slick. Some vanilla followed by brine and smoke. Lots of rich umami and mas pleasant burn.
Finish is a short burn followed by salt, seaweed, some spices, and leathery notes. Finishing with a pleasant spicy tingle.
More than happy that i added a bottle of to ny collection.
