Some vanilla followed by brine and smoke. Lots of rich umami and mas pleasant burn. Finish is a short burn followed by salt, seaweed, some spices, and leathery notes. Finishing with a pleasant spicy tingle. More than happy that i added a bottle of to ny collection.60.0 USD per BottleRoger Wilco -
So happy to come across another bottle. Aroma is full of floral and honey notes. Taste is complex as I remember. Peppery up front followed by brine and smoke. Full of umami. Finish bites into the corner of the lips with clove oil and covers the tongue with honey or butterscotch. An excellent dram for sure.Fine Wine & Good Spirits

Laphroaig Càirdeas 2022 Warehouse 1
Single Malt — Islay, Scotland
Reviewed October 2, 2022 (edited October 14, 2022)Smoky and briny just the way that it should be. Cask strength means that a cube of ice allows the flavor change throughout the drink. From smoky and intense to spicy and a little fruity. Very nice drink.
