Nose: Leather, cotton candy, toffee and sweet hay Palate: The nose follows through on the palate with added spice and corn, finishing with dry oak. It drinks a little warm but delightfully so. The Remus Straight Bourbon 94 proof was just okay. Nothing I would buy again at $40. This was a delightful bourbon I would buy again at $50.
