The balance of proof to flavor makes this highly enjoyable to me personally. This isn’t as complex as older batches ,but it still commands your attention when you have it. This is at its best when I have it as my 2nd or 3rd pour of the night. It’s much more approachable and you find more of the subtle flavors.
