I normally dont mention nose in my reviews but ill start off with this has a robust and smoky nose reminiscent of the power of the smell of a heavily peated scotch. the palate starts with some grilled pineapple, herbal notes like anise and fennel, green agave, lime peel, then gaining more robust notes of earth, rubbery smoke and heavy minerality. this mezcal is exceptionally oily and rich. While expensive i have no qualms about grabbing this on my own after beign gifted this generous tasting from a good customer.
