Cinnamon and cloves stewed apples and pears covered in vanilla caramel on the nose leads to a warming spiced apple cider sweeted with honey on the palate. The finish is slightly bitter oak and peppery cinnamon caramel smothered vanilla icecream. Like the melted stuff on the sides of a hot fudge sunday served in a wooden bowl.

@Roderick-McDougall "Cinnamon" is the predominant flavor I am getting. I am definitely getting "cloves" (or is it Allspice?) on the nose just before I sip it...
@Roderick-McDougall I am having some tonight for the first time since 2020(!). It's as I remember it: Good. I put it in the same "class" as other bottles in the same $30-$40 range. I'm not getting the spectrum of flavors that you listed... but my palate is not the most refined out there. I'm drinking it in a rock glass with an ice cube.
How was it for you this time around? I find the type of glass makes a big difference. I wrote that review using a Glencairn glass.
I first had Michter's a few years ago... at the start of the Covid shutdown when my Bourbon "hobby" started. I was a novice at that time, so I really didn't have any point of reference. I finally bought another bottle today — to revisit my "old friend" 😄... and I can only hope my experience is similar to yours! Nice review.
