Let’s start with the fact that I’m not a hige fan of peaty Scotch. This kicks off with a slight bit of peat that gives way to a more smoky and woody flavor which I am finding very appealing. Working hard to find the right words as this tapers off but I’ll just have ti try a wee bit more…😏…
