Nose: earthy peat and smoke, but its a slightly lighter more delicate variety. Honey, vanilla creme, heather. Slight cherry.
Palate: lively, sweet, fruity elements come out here, a mild peat and smoke, but the malt here os beautiful. A light Caramel. Apple. Cream. Coconut? A bit oak. Chewy. A slight almond here maybe? Bright citrus comes out as you continue sipping.
Finish: mild wood tannin, gently smooth and warming. Peat hangs for a bit.
