Nose: cocoa powder, i can see the green apple and lemon peel here for sure. Mild earthy fruity sherry. More oak comes out as it rests. Palate: spicy mizunara comes through well here. Apple, pepper, mild sherry. Woody, citrusy, fruity. Mild creamy vanilla. Malty. Finish: fruity, woody, warming.
