@Anthology I had heard good things also. Very disappointing . Perhaps I got a bad bottle/batch?
Have heard some good things about this distillery and their products. Disappointing it’s not holding up consistently. I have an uncracked bottle of their Distiller’s Cut (finished in Sauternes cask I think). Hope it’s good!
