Nose- funky fruit, wood, Taste- Wow! Not sure I can explain the taste. If you married a wonderful apple pie with a wonderful cherry pie. Also a sweet cherry wood tobacco note. Nice spice & proof as well. Sticky wet long finish. Hands down the best bottle for the money I've ever experienced! Aroma is delightful, taste blows that away. This is not your typical bourbon profile, definitely a sweet finish based profile just done to perfection. I totally understand the cigar aspect of the project but this thing stands up alone. I think adding tobacco to the mix might kill the complexity, although a bit of smoke may work well with the sweeter flavors. BRAVO. I LOVE IT!
