The history of Cachaça Santa Rosa began to be written by the hands of the Italian Vito Pentagna, in 1871. His vision, talent and heart found pure and abundant water in a valley of rare beauty. With work and affection, he embraced the land and received abundant fruits as gratitude. Bold, Vito brought mills, a water wheel and a copper still from England and France. Also from Europe, oak barrels came, which were combined with examples of American and Brazilian noble wood. More than a drink, a cachaça revolution was taking place in Brazil. To this day, the production process is artisanal, in a copper still without any metal residue. Cachaça Santa Rosa Extra Premium IV Years Intense 700ml is a drink aged in amburana and jequitibá barrels, typically Brazilian wood. Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. Pairs well with succulent and spicy dishes. It can be enjoyed with ice, with snacks, or even as a digestive, with coffee or tea. Notes of caramel, vanilla, burnt coconut, pleasant woody sweetness, sugar, acidity and alcohol in the right amount, rich, good body, intense and elegant, long finish. Source: Cachaçaria Nacional.
