Licor De Jenipapo Flor Das Gerais is an artisanal product made with organic fruits, which are immersed in Flor das Gerais cachaça, where they remain until they reach the ideal stage for manufacturing the drink. Flor das Gerais cachaça is produced in the municipality of Felixlândia, in the Central region of Minas Gerais. The first still was founded at the beginning of the 20th century by the family patriarch, who led production until the 1940s, when the craft became the responsibility of one of his three sons. In 1989, one of the patriarch's grandchildren restarted production and thus came the creation of Flor das Gerais cachaça, which would be registered under that name nine years later. After a few years of being handcrafted with banana straw and cork leaves, Flor das Gerais, aged in oak barrels, received its first registered label in 2004. Between 2004 and 2006, Flor das Gerais cachaça began a new phase, marked by adequacy and improvement in production processes and the search for certifications. Ingredients: Jenipapo (Brazilian fruit), cachaça and sugar. Alcohol Content: 18%. Source: Empório Brasil Bebidas.
