Like walking into a windy corn field after harvest, the dusty corn smell goes away, but that first nose is not that great. Spin the glass a bit, give it another smell, and the cherries pop off. Tried the first sip and coughed as it went down the wrong pipe (probably from the dust of the oringal nosing) My fault. I’m not off to a great start, but bear with me. Mouth feel is soft, not overly viscous, small bite on the back end. Getting green apple (just a hint) and carmel, and that cherry comes through. Easy drinker, nice little entry to wheated bourbons. 10/10 would approve of a 3/5 score. But for the price, if you can find for 30-35$, would definitely not have a hard time having 3-7 pours in a row.
