a rich wave of vanilla hits, evolving into salted caramel, dashes of brown sugar, marzipan, oak, figs and spice. there is a nuttiness indicative of sherry as well as a cigar smokiness to it, moderate barrel char as well. The finish is medium to long and exceptionally spiced, with caramel, smoke and dark fruitiness lasting till the end. fantastic dram!
