A rush of sweet caramel, dashes of vanilla, cardamon, walnut, and decadent baking spice. the sherry comes into play with a light berry note, but still moderately nutty. the finish is medium, not super smooth finish hut has enough spice and molasses-esque notes that its delightful. Very good price too!!
