A classic. Belongs as the go to bottle in every collection. It is so well balanced, with a little of everything. I wouldn't call it smoky, rather a slight hint of brine. It reminds me of the small port town from which the distillery hails. Sweet, gentle, approachable, toasty. If I could only BUY one whisky for the rest of my days, this might be it. So what if it's not naturally colored. It's still fantastic. The whisky that made me fall in love with whisky, I'll come back to it time and again.
