Yes it's smokier and peatier than the 10 BUT other elements of talisker 10 is lessened. First of all its still not as peaty as an ardbeg or laphroaig. It's not as flavourful and "deep" flavoured as a talisker 10. It's a tiny bit peatier than talisker 10 but without the deep sweetness and brineyness. If you want a peatier talisker I suggest adding a drop of ardbeg in it, works well without sacrificing the fruity baked apple notes like in the storm. I definitely prefer the 10 opposed to the storm.
