Three Chord Double Oaked (Union Wine and Liquor)
Bourbon — Indiana, USA

The nose is a swirl charred oak, vanilla, molasse and a touch of cherry. Its very smooth and gentle, yet very inviting.
The palate is dry, yet smooth and covers the front of the mouth in pepper. Sharp notes of oak reach the corners of the mouth while smooth and creamy notes fill the rest of the mouth. Slighty sweet notes of brown sugar come in at the end, but this remains a pretty simple whiskey.
The finish is medium yet enjoyable. It stays somewhat peppery while smooth oak lingers in the mouth, offering a bit of a chew.
