Private Barrel Rishi's "KitKat" Single Barrel Barrel # 6833519 Rickhouse J Floor 3 On the nose, there's notes of caramel, wafer, peanut, maple, and some leather and oak in the back. Heavy dark caramel on the palate. Peanut brittle going into oak. Nice spicy burn at the end. There's little unique notes im finding throughout with each different sip. This is a first for me as for as EC private barrels, (not including the barrel proofs.) And I'm enjoying it.
