Cachaça Vargem Grande is a quality Brazilian drink, produced by hand in the city of Araçuaí, Vale do Jequitinhonha, a traditional region for cachaça production in the State of Minas Gerais. Furthermore, the sugar cane from which it originates, of excellent origin, is cultivated without the use of pesticides, does not suffer fires during harvest and is planted on appropriate land, which gives it, in the end, well-defined and regional. In this way, the fermentation of the must is carried out using yeast obtained in the environment, in a natural way, without the use of any artificial substance and its distillation is carried out in a copper still, in the same way as the best distilled products are obtained throughout the world. world. After its production, carried out slowly, it is sent to a warehouse, where it remains in oak barrels for a minimum period of 12 months, after which it presents a specific bouquet, appreciated by demanding consumers. Cachaça Vargem Grande Ouro 750ml is an artisanal cachaça from Minas Gerais stored in oak barrels for one year. Furthermore, it has an alcohol content of 42% and a golden yellow color.
