Alambique Engenho da Cana is located in Ouro Branco, Minas Gerais. The property produces five own brands and an incredible mix of flavors designed to be present at all times. In the DNA of the producers are the characteristics of a legitimate Cachaça Artesanal, where care in manufacturing goes from planting to bottling. Only the heart of the drink, which is the noble part of the distillation, is used. All waste is used as a source of energy or fertilizer, so that production is sustainable and environmentally friendly. Once the distillation process is complete, the cachaça is stored in stainless steel vats for a year to balance and allow it to rest naturally. After this period, the drink is placed in wooden vats and barrels, where it will gain notable sensory characteristics. Cachaça Danada Di Boa Extra Premium is aged in French oak barrels, noble wood, and also in Amburana barrels for up to two years. With 40% alcohol content, the drink, which has already been awarded in competitions, has a golden color and smooth flavor, as well as notes of vanilla, nuts and almonds in its aroma and flavor. Furthermore, it brings a velvety, soft and harmonious sensation to the palate, catering to demanding palates. Cachaça from Minas Gerais, well aged in oak, with a light touch of amburana, golden in color and of the highest quality throughout its manufacturing process, in the city of Ouro Branco, Minas Gerais. A very full-bodied, clean and crystalline extra premium cachaça, which proves its high quality. Due to the fact that the aging barrels are toasted, Danada Di Boa Extra Premium can achieve notes such as: dried fruits, nuts, coffee and spices, with an unforgettable taste for your palate. Soft and elegant cachaça is very balanced. Source Cachaçaria Nacional.
