The producer's website is terrible as it doesn't provide any information about the drink, not even the alcohol content. Another Another incorrect information is that on the website the producer calls the drink cachaça but on the label the name is brandy. Cachaça and Aguardente under Brazilian legislation are distinct distillates Produced by hand since 1957, in the municipality of Anchieta, in the interior of the State of Espírito Santo, Cachaça Pratinha has been on the market for 66 years in the search for improving its products with its cultural and historical legacy. Sensory analysis: Clear, aromatic, floral, fruity, herbal, alcohol present in an integrated way, balanced sugar and acidity, good body and medium persistence finish. According to the producer, cachaça is made with sugar cane without the burning action, using only the noblest part of the distillation, known as the heart.
